You cannot understand Kundalini Shakti through texts, dialogue or any form of intellectualization. You have to experience it for yourself. Furthermore, no two experiences are the same, for each persons experience is unique in accordance with their karma and prarabdha.

What are Chakras

Like we have our physical body, we also have an energy body or light body. This energy body consists of rivers or pathways of energy known as Naadis. There are junctions in this energy body, where several such naadis meet or overlap and a vortex of energy called a Chakra is found. There are about 126 such Chakras in the human energy body, but there 7 main charkras, that function as the guiding force to our being are: Mooladhara, Swadishthana, Manipura, Anahat, Vishuddhi, Ajna and Sahasrara.
