How to induce Meditation

Tuning the body and mid with different Yoga asanas and pranayama will help induce this state of meditation, making it easier for us to connect to the Universe.

Breath awareness is the key that unlocks the doorway to the secrets and mysteries of the Universe that have so long been hidden from us.

This can be done by any one, at any age, in any state of Mind, anywhere, anytime.

If fear and uncertainty haunts you, then just before you begin, ask the spirits/universe/god/gardian angel; any higher force that you believe in to protect you. Rest assure, no harm will come.
